Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of I'M PREPARED Pre-Loss Evaluation Services LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

I'M PREPARED provides pre-loss property documentation and evaluation services designed to help homeowners and property owners protect their investments. Our services include on-site property evaluations, comprehensive documentation, Digital Vault storage, and Master Evaluation Reports.

Service Limitations

Please understand that:

• We are not an insurance company or insurance adjusters
• Our documentation does not guarantee any specific insurance outcome
• We do not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice
• Our services supplement, but do not replace, professional insurance guidance
• The accuracy of documentation depends on conditions at the time of evaluation

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Grant access to your property for evaluation purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent our documentation or services to third parties

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your property during scheduled evaluations. You are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any hazards. Our consultants reserve the right to decline or discontinue an evaluation if safety concerns arise.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual Property

All documentation, reports, and materials created as part of our services belong to you, the client. However, the methodology, processes, software, and systems used to create these materials remain the intellectual property of I'M PREPARED. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our systems or processes.

Digital Vault Terms

Your Digital Vault account is subject to the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• We will maintain your documentation for as long as your account is active
• You may download and export your documentation at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and completeness in our documentation, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet all your expectations or that documentation will be accepted by any third party, including insurance companies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'M PREPARED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I'M PREPARED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
